La Fiscalía pide imputar al exministro Manuel Pimentel en el caso ERE

Español: La Fiscalía Anticorrupción ha remitido al juzgado de instrucción 6 de Sevilla, que investiga el caso de los ERE, un escrito en el que solicita imputar a 26 personas, entre ellas el exministro Manuel Pimentel, por el pago de 300.000 euros de la Junta de Andalucía a trabajadores de la empresa Taller de Libros.
En el escrito de la Fiscalía se afirma que en la concesión de esta subvención, acordada en 2009 entre la Junta y la empresa que dirigía el exministro de Trabajo con el PP entre 1999 y 2000, «se prescindió total y absolutamente del procedimiento legal establecido», lo que podría ser causa de «nulidad de pleno derecho» y reprocha a la Junta la concesión de estas ayudas de forma habitual y reiterada durante más de diez años.
Según la Fiscalía, «no se han publicado por la Junta de Andalucía ni existen bases reguladoras para el otorgamiento de este tipo de subvención concedidas por la Consejería de Empleo», cuyos sistemas para determinar la empresa elegida como los importes son «totalmente discrecionales»
