Español: Una treintena de alcaldes andaluces encabezados por la secretaria de Política Municipal del PSOE-A, Rafi Crespín, ha acudido este martes al Congreso de los Diputados para exponer la situación de los trabajadores del campo andaluz y sus dificultades para llegar a las peonadas requeridas para poder acceder al cobro del subsidio y la renta agrarios.
En la Cámara baja los regidores se han reunido con el secretario del Grupo Socialista en el Congreso y coordinador de la Interparlamentaria del PSOE-A, Miguel Ángel Heredia, y con el secretario de Política Federal del PSOE, Antonio Pradas, así como con otros diputados socialistas y, tras el encuentro han acudido al registro para formalizar una Proposición no de ley gemela a la que ha aprobado, con el voto en contra de PP y Ciudadanos, el Parlamento andaluz.
En la iniciativa se reclama la eliminación de las peonadas o, en su caso, la prórroga en la reducción de 35 a 20 como el mínimo que se debe reunir para poder cobrar la prestación; que los jornales de los programas de ayuntamientos y diputaciones computen para percibir el subsidio y renta agraria y, además,un plan extraordinario para el empleo en el campo.
Heredia ha explicado que la eliminación o la prórroga en la reducción debe hacerse con carácter retroactivo, desde el 1 de septiembre, fecha desde la que se vuelven a exigir las 35 jornadas para poder acceder al subsidio o la renta agrarios, toda vez que la reducción a 20 acordada por el Gobierno en febrero tenía vigencia hasta el 31 de agosto.
Según el diputado socialista»hay que buscar soluciones a un problema que afecta a 120.000 familias»y que se une al desfavorable reparto de los fondos de Desarrollo Rural para Andalucía ya que, si bien en el conjunto del país han crecido más de un tres por ciento, su distribución ha dado un diez por ciento menos, unos 211 millones menos, a Andalucía.
