La sentencia del caso Malaya se retrasará varios meses

Español: Un día después de su citación para declarar como imputado en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cataluña por su actuación durante la consulta del 9-N, el presidente de la Generalitat, Artur Mas, ha negado que «legalmente» desobedeciera la resolución del Tribunal Constitucional por la que está querellado.
En cambio, ha reconocido que «políticamente» sí lo hizo, pues el 9-N hubo una «rebelión democrática contra el Estado».
Mas ha vuelto a cargar contra los poderes del Estado, que a su juicio «harán lo que sea para cargarse» su persona.
Eso sí, ha apuntado, en una entrevista en Catalunya Ràdio, que «no tiene vocación de mártir ni de héroe».
Y ha instado a las fuerzas independentistas a seguir el proceso para superar el ordenamiento jurídico español.
Según sus palabras, «el 27-S fue el aval democrático del 9-N del año pasado.
Sobre las negociaciones con la CUP para su investidura, el presidente de la Generalitat en funciones ha recordado a los dirigentes de la izquierda radical que no acepta que se le relacione como el presidente de los recortes. Y ha presionado a la CUP señalando que el proceso no se puede permitir el más «mínimo margen para desacuerdo».
Mas ha asegurado que «si todo funciona», será reelegido presidente.
