Irregularidades del Patronato de Turismo

Español:La empresa de turismo de la Diputación de Málaga va a celebrar este viernes una junta general a iniciativa del grupo socialista sobre las irregularidades detectadas por la Intervención de la institución provincial.

En su informe de control financiero sobre las actividades del Patronato Provincial de Turismo Málaga Costal del Sol correspondientes al año 2014, la Intervención General de la Diputación pone en cuestión la incorporación del personal del Patronato de Turismo a la nueva empresa pública por no ajustarse a ley y el contrato de alta dirección de su gerente, Arturo Bernal, que pide regularizar y constata la existencia de un uso inadecuado de la figura del contrato menor y un uso injustificado de la utilización del procedimiento negociado sin publicidad.

Ante la gravedad de ese informe, el presidente y portavoz del PSOE en la Diputación de Málaga, Francisco Conejo, ha explicado que su intención es que la junta general de la empresa encargue una auditoría al interventor general de la Diputación sobre las irregularidades detectadas por el propio interventor en el año 2014 y que también se investigue el año 2015.

El líder socialista ha asegurado que si de esas responsabilidades se desprende que se ha podido cometer algún delito de ámbito penal “van a exigir que se ponga en conocimiento de la Fiscalía los hechos.

Por último, Conejo ha anunciado que los socialistas van a exigir que a partir de ahora se lleve a cabo por parte de la intervención una fiscalización previa a cualquier gasto y cualquier actuación de esta empresa.
