La Junta de Andalucía respeta los criterios del TSJA sobre la jueza Alaya

Español:El consejero andaluz de Justicia, Emilio de Llera, ha asegurado este jueves que hay que respetar los criterios del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía para apartar a la juez Mercedes Alaya de la investigación del caso de los ERE irregulares tramitados por la Junta de Andalucía.
Antes de asistir a la inauguración del XI Congreso Jurídico de la Abogacía Icamálaga en Marbella, De Llera ha señalado que respecto a ese asunto «está dicho todo». La decisión del TSJA responderá a criterios que él debe respetar y debemos respetar todos».
El consejero ha concluido afirmando que «lo importante, como dijo el ministro de Justicia, Rafael Catalá, es que se resuelvan cuanto antes esas causas con independencia de las personas que sean las que lo hagan».
