El Fancine celebra sus 25 años

Español:El Festival de Cine Fantástico, Fancine, organizado por la Universidad de Málaga cumple en esta edición su veinticinco aniversario con cintas de 104 países sobre este género que funcionará como una propuesta cinéfila y pedagógica de la institución académica que pretende transcender en la sociedad.
El rector en funciones de la Universidad de Málaga, José Ángel Narváez, ha destacado la importancia de esta cita cultural que se realiza desde 1990 gracias a la «imaginación, inteligencia y tesón» de sus organizadores que son personal funcionario del centro.
Este año el festival se celebrará del 18 al 26 de noviembre.
En esta edición han crecido de manera vertiginosa las películas presentadas a concurso, ya que el año pasado se apuntaron más de 600 obras y en esta edición el número de inscripciones es de 2.670.
Habrá cuatro ciclos, uno dedicado al cine musical, otro correspondiente al 25 aniversario en el que se proyectarán cintas de ediciones pasadas, un ciclo de animación y otro a la figura y obra de David Lynch, que actualmente cuenta con una exposición sobre su obra y el surrealismo en el Rectorado.

English: The Fantastic Film Festival, Fancine, organized by the University of Málaga meets this year its twenty-fifth anniversary with tapes of 104 countries on the gender function as a cinephile and pedagogical proposal that aims to transcend academic institution in society.
The acting rector of the University of Malaga, Jose Angel Narvaez, stressed the importance of this cultural event held since 1990 thanks to the «imagination, intelligence and tenacity» of its organizers who are civil servants from the center.
This year the festival will be held from 18 to 26 November.
In this edition they have grown precipitously films submitted for the contest, and last year more than 600 works were noted and this year the number of entries is 2,670.
There will be four courses, one devoted to musical theater, another for the 25th year in which tapes of past editions, a series of animation and one to the life and work of David Lynch, which currently has an exhibition of his work will be screened and Surrealism in the Rectory.
