JxSí y CUP acuerdan declarar en un pleno el inicio del proceso hacia la república catalana

Español:JxSí y la CUP han registrado este martes en el Parlament una propuesta de resolución conjunta para que el pleno de la cámara apruebe el «inicio del proceso» independentista con una república.
El texto lo han registrado Jordi Turull, de CDC, y Marta Rovira, de ERC, por parte de JxSí, y Antonio Baños y Anna Gabriel por parte de la CUP.
La declaración, de nueve puntos, también proclama la apertura de un proceso constituyente ciudadano «para preparar las bases de la futura Constitución catalana», e insta al futuro Govern a adoptar las medidas necesarias para lograrlo.
Por su parte, el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, ha garantizado que la propuesta de resolución para iniciar el proceso de independencia de Cataluña «no va a surtir efecto alguno» aunque se apruebe en el Parlament, gracias a los instrumentos del Tribunal Constitucional y los que da la propia Carta Magna.
Tras lanzar un mensaje de «tranquilidad», ha subrayado que el Estado no va a renunciar al uso de «todos los mecanismos políticos y jurídicos» que le atribuye el ordenamiento jurídico para defender la soberanía nacional.

The statement, nine points, also proclaims the opening of a national constitutional process «to lay the foundations of future Catalan Constitution», and urges the future Government to take the necessary measures to that end.
For his part, the Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, has ensured that the proposed decision to start the process of independence of Catalonia «will not have any effect» though it is approved in Parliament, thanks to the instruments of the Constitutional Court and which it gives the Constitution itself.
After launching a message of «peace», he stressed that the state will not renounce the use of «all political and legal mechanisms» assigned to the legal system to defend national sovereignty.
