La juez archiva la causa sobre Aznalcóllar al no apreciar prevaricación

Español:Un juzgado de Sevilla ha decidido sobreseer las diligencias contra la Junta de Andalucía por supuestas irregularidades en la adjudicación de la reapertura de la mina de Aznalcóllar al entender que no hay “indicios suficientes” del supuesto amaño del concurso a favor de la empresa adjudicataria.

La decisión llega días después de que el Ejecutivo andaluz decidiera reactivar el proceso de reapertura para no poner en peligro la inversión de 93 millones de euros en la comarca.

El proceso judicial, iniciado el pasado mes de mayo, investigaba los presuntos delitos de prevaricación , cohecho , tráfico de influencias y negociación ilegal cometidos por siete personas, entre ellos varios altos cargos y técnicos de la Junta de Andalucía, como la directora general de Minas, que fue apartada temporalmente de su cargo.

Sin embargo, en este auto, la juez concluye que a la vista de las declaraciones de los imputados y varios peritos, no hay motivos para seguir adelante con la causa.
