El TC anula parte del decreto ley de reordenación del sector público andaluz

Español: El Tribunal Constitucional ha declarado inconstitucional y anulado dos apartados del primer artículo del Decreto Ley de reordenación del sector público andaluz, de 2010, al considerar que la supuesta extraordinaria y urgente necesidad que justificaría la parte impugnada no está suficientemente justificada.
Cabe recordar que el recurso fue interpuesto por diputados del PP contra una parte más amplia del decreto al considerar que infringía varios artículos de la Constitución y otras disposiciones integrantes del bloque constitucional.
Se presentó recurso al decreto-ley y, posteriormente, a la ley y la entonces portavoz parlamentaria del PP y hoy vicepresidenta, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, y el entonces secretario general del PP-A y hoy delegado del Gobierno, Antonio Sanz, explicaron que pretendían «defender a la Administración pública frente a la privatización de la Junta de Andalucía».
