PSOE pide despojar a De la Torre de la discrecionalidad en los entes municipales

La portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María Gámez, ha anunciado este miércoles una moción urgente por la que solicitarán al pleno despojar al alcalde, Francisco de la Torre, de la discrecionalidad que aún practica en los entes y empresas municipales.

Además, desde el PSOE han exigido que “de forma inmediata” el alcalde proceda a la modificación de aquellos estatutos de organismos y sociedades municipales que aún no reflejen la proporcionalidad de las diferentes fuerzas políticas presentes en el ayuntamiento desde las pasadas elecciones municipales.

La adaptación legal que exigen desde el PSOE persigue “acabar con el uso abusivo que el PP hace de los nombramientos y de las formas de dirección” y supone, según ha confirmado la portavoz, eliminar de los estatutos de todas las sociedades mercantiles municipales la posibilidad de solucionar con el voto de calidad del alcalde como presidente el empate en las votaciones que se produzcan, además de otorgar la capacidad a la junta general para designar entre los miembros capitulares del consejo de administración al presidente y vicepresidente.

Gámez ha acusado al alcalde de, en algunos casos, actuar como si tuviera mayoría absoluta.

Por último, los socialistas exigirán al alcalde a “dar cuenta inexcusablemente” sobre las mociones aprobadas por el pleno o las comisiones del ayuntamiento a las que no haya dado aún cumplimiento, “sin delegar esta responsabilidad”.
