El secretario general del Grupo Socialista en el Congreso, Miguel Ángel Heredia, ha puesto en valor este jueves la Proposición no de Ley que el PSOE-A ha registrado en el Parlamento y ha llamado a todos los partidos de la cámara regional a posicionarse sobre la soberanía nacional y la igualdad de los españoles.

Heredia, que ha descrito los 36 años de autonomía andaluza como sinónimo de conquistas sociales, de avances en derechos y de progreso, ha reivindicado también el papel de Andalucía como “garante de la igualdad en España”.
Además, el responsable socialista ha reclamado al Gobierno de la Nación que aborde sin demora el sistema de financiación autonómico y deje de “discriminar” a Andalucía.

El líder socialista ha demandado al Gobierno Central que realice un reparto equilibrado entre las comunidades y la administración central “para establecer una senda más suave de consolidación fiscal acabando de esta forma con el reparto desequilibrado que ha centrado la reducción del déficit del conjunto del Estado en las comunidades autónomas, limitando sus posibilidades de atender las necesidades de la población”.
