PSOE y Ciudadanos rechazan «todo intento de convocar un reférendum» en España para «impulsar la autodeterminación de cualquier territorio» del país.
Así lo aseguran en su ‘Acuerdo para un gobierno progresista reformista y de progreso’, en el que dejan claro también su «permanente e inequívoco compromiso» con «la unidad e integridad de España y la defensa del orden constitucional».

Los dos partidos incluyen este principio en el último de los siete capítulos que engloba el acuerdo, que se refiere a la reforma de la Constitución «para asegurar eficazmente los derechos sociales y completar el funcionamiento federal de la organización territorial» del Estado.

Otros puntos del acuerdo hablan de reconocer como derechos fundamentales derechos sociales e incluir garantías sobre su dotación presupuestaria; suprimir la preferencia del varón sobre la mujer en la sucesión a la Corona; revisar el sistema electoral; modificar la composición y funciones del Senado e incorporar el «hecho» Unión Europea al ordenamiento constitucional.

So says in his ‘Agreement for a progressive government reform and progress’, which of course leave its «permanent and unequivocal commitment» to «the unity and integrity of Spain and defending the constitutional order.»

The two parties include this principle in the last of the seven chapters encompassing the agreement, which relates to the reform of the Constitution «to effectively ensure social rights and complete the federal operation of the territorial organization» state.

Other points of agreement speak recognize as fundamental rights including social rights and guarantees for their budget; delete the preference for males over women in succession to the Crown; review the electoral system; modify the composition and functions of the Senate and incorporate the «fact» European Union on constitutional arrangements.
