FACUA pide multar a una discoteca de Sevilla por anuncio machista

Facua-Sevilla ha denunciado a la discoteca Bandalai ante la Dirección General de Consumo de la Consejería de Salud por un anuncio machista lanzado este fin de semana.
Un cartel publicitario de la empresa muestra el texto ‘F*** ME’ y la imagen de una joven desnuda de cintura para arriba que se está desabrochando el pantalón.
La asociación ha considerado en una nota que el anuncio incurre en «un machismo repugnante» y reclama al Servicio de Consumo de la Junta en Sevilla que imponga una multa a la empresa y no se limite a dar traslado de la denuncia al Instituto Andaluz de la Mujer, que carece de capacidad sancionadora.
Facua también ha trasladado el caso al citado Instituto, adscrito a la Consejería de Igualdad y Políticas Sociales.
Facua-Sevilla ha recordado que la autoridad de consumo de la Junta tiene atribuidas las competencias para sancionar la publicidad ilícita.
Por ello, le pide que abra expediente sancionador a Bandalai y aplique una multa proporcional a la gravedad del contenido del mensaje publicitario, que «espera que haga pública».
