La juez Mercedes Alaya, actualmente destinada en la Sección Séptima de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla, ha participado en Sevilla en una jornada universitaria en la que criticó duramente la reforma de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.
