Málaga 24h TV – PSOE apuesta por la industria cárnica malagueña

Un total de 20 cocineros internacionales poseedores de 71 estrellas Michelin cocinarán en el municipio malagueño de Marbella en homenaje al chef que más galardones de este tipo acumula en el mundo, Joël Robuchon, según ha señalado el cocinero, Dani García, que tiene dos estrellas Michelin y cuyo restaurante en el Hotel Puente Romano albergará la cita entre los dias 18 y 21 de abril. Un evento que el propio Garcia ha calificado como único, en una rueda de prensa concedida junto con el alcalde marbellí, José Bernal, y el director del hotel, Jorge Manzur.

Entre los 20 chefs que participarán se encuentran Ferran Adriá, Joan Roca, Paco Morales o el propio Dani Garcia.
