Málaga 24h TV – La US niega un informe sobre el que se asienta la investigación a Arellano

La secretaría general de la Universidad de Sevilla ha enviado a la Fiscalía del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía un escrito de su Gabinete Jurídico en el que niega haber emitido un informe al que hace referencia el escrito del fiscal en el que pide que se investigue a Antonio Ramírez de Arellano, actual consejero de Economía y Conocimiento.

El escrito de la fiscalía basa su petición de que el entonces vicerrector de Infraestructuras de la hispalense sea investigado, a denuncia penal del Colegio de Arquitectos de Sevilla, en un informe del Gabinete Jurídico de la Universidad hispalense que habría indicado a Arellano la «obligatoriedad» de la adjudicación de la redacción del proyecto de ejecución y su atribución a un determinado grupo de arquitectos.

El Gabinete Jurídico de la Universidad indica a la Fiscalía Superior que desconoce a qué informe se puede estar refiriendo en el decreto por el que remite las diligencias de investigación penal.

Es más, añade, «examinando el registro de asuntos existentes en este gabinete que no tienen constancia de que se les haya solicitado y en consecuencia pudiera haberse elaborado informe al respecto».
