Málaga 24h TV – Garzón presenta querella contra Rajoy por el acuerdo entre la UE y Turquía
El portavoz de Unidad Popular-Izquierda Unida Alberto Garzón ha presentado este jueves ante el Tribunal Supremo una querella contra el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, en la que le acusa de haber cometido cuatro delitos, entre ellos el de «lesa humanidad» contra los refugiados, según informa ‘El Diario’.
El acuerdo firmado el pasado 18 de marzo defiende la necesidad de «evitar la entrada de inmigrantes ilegales».
El texto cuenta con la oposición de IU, ya que considera que la UE comienza a esconder un «propósito criminal», según indica el medio.
El texto de la querella afirma que «este acuerdo supone un enmascaramiento de las intenciones reales de los gobiernos de los Estados miembros de la UE, que no son otras que impedir por la fuerza que los refugiados lleguen hasta la UE, ignorando deliberadamente, de paso, las violaciones de derechos humanos de las autoridades turcas en todos los ámbitos y, especialmente, con los refugiados».
La querella acusa al jefe del Ejecutivo español en funciones de un delito de lesa humanidad y otro contra las personas y bienes protegidos en caso de conflicto armado.
La querella presentada le acusa además de un delito contra la integridad moral y de otro supuestamente cometido por funcionario público contra las garantías constitucionales.
La coalición Izquierda Unida anunció el pasado mes de marzo que presentaría una querella criminal contra el mandatario, además de contra otros miembros del Consejo de Ministros por firmar el acuerdo entre la Unión Europea y Turquía.
