Málaga 24h TV – Gámez pregunta en la moción sobre Cemusa

La portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María Gámez, ha defendido este jueves la moción de su grupo para pedir al equipo de gobierno que acate la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía contra el Consistorio por la concesión a la empresa Cemusa del servicio de préstamo de bicicletas.

Gámez le ha recordado al alcalde, Francisco de la Torre, que las sentencias están para cumplirlas.

La portavoz socialista ha puesto el acento en la sentencia del Tribunal que califica el contrato de Cemusa como de flagrante vulneración de la normativa y alteración de calado.

Gamez has reminded the mayor, Francisco de la Torre, the sentences are to meet them.

The Socialist spokesman has emphasized in the judgment of the Court which qualifies the contract Cemusa as flagrant violation of regulations and altering draft.
