Málaga 24h TV – Abengoa vende a Ericsson la actividad de su filial Abentel

Abengoa y Ericsson han firmado un Acuerdo de Transferencia de Actividades, según el cual se transferirán los activos, proyectos y empleados de Abentel, la filial de telecomunicaciones de Abengoa, a Ericsson.

Abengoa explica en un comunicado que este acuerdo se incluye dentro del plan de desinversiones anunciado por la compañía y contribuirá a alcanzar los objetivos marcados en el plan de viabilidad que ha establecido.

Por su parte, Ericsson afirma que este acuerdo refuerza su posición de liderazgo en servicios de telecomunicaciones, específicamente en el despliegue y mantenimiento de redes de fibra, donde cuenta con importantes proyectos en diferentes países.

English: Abengoa and Ericsson have signed a Business Transfer Agreement, under which assets, projects and employees Abentel, the telecommunications subsidiary of Abengoa, will be transferred to Ericsson.
 
Abengoa said in a statement that this agreement is included in the divestment plan announced by the company and contribute to achieving the targets set in the plan feasibility has been established.

For its part, it claims that this agreement Ericsson strengthens its leading position in telecommunication services, specifically in the deployment and maintenance of fiber networks, where it has major projects in different countries.
