Málaga 24h TV – El TJSM investigará a Ortiz (PP), exalcalde de Móstoles y aforado

La Sala Civil y Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid ha aceptado la competencia para abordar las diligencias abiertas por el Juzgado Central de Instrucción número 6 sobre el diputado del PP en la Asamblea de Madrid Daniel Ortiz por supuestamente haber favorecido a la empresa Cofely, envuelta en la trama Púnica, al entender que hay indicios de delitos de tráfico de influencias, fraude a administración pública y cohecho, entre otros.
Por ello, se ha designado a la magistrada instructora Susana Polo, quien determinará las personas que «junto al aforado, deben figurar en esta causa como investigados por su participación conexa con los hechos imputados al señor Ortiz».
