Málaga 24h TV – El TC anula las estructuras del Estado creadas por la Generalitat de Cataluña

El Pleno del Tribunal Constitucional ha suspendido de forma unánime algunos artículos y disposiciones de la Ley por la que la Generalitat de Cataluña estableció la creación de sus propias estructuras del Estado.

El asunto ha sido tratado este jueves por el tribunal de garantías y se ha llegado a un fallo que estima parcialmente el recurso que interpuso el Gobierno contra esta norma.

Falta aún redactar la sentencia y notificarla a las partes interesadas.
El recurso del Gobierno solicitaba la anulación de estructuras como la Agencia Tributaria de Cataluña y otras disposiciones como las referidas al plan rector de infraestructuras y energías.

Recordemos que, en su día, el tribunal de garantías ya suspendió, a petición del Gobierno, algunos artículos de la Ley 3/2015 de 11 de marzo de medidas fiscales, financieras y administrativas del Parlamento de Cataluña.
