Málaga 24h TV – La constitución de sociedades creció un 12,6% en Andalucía

En el segundo trimestre se constituyeron en Andalucía 4.580 sociedades mercantiles, un 12,6 por ciento más que en el mismo trimestre de 2015, según el Colegio de Registradores, que señala que las extinciones de empresas en la comunidad subieron un 12,3 por ciento.

Por otro lado, las empresas andaluzas con serias dificultades financieras, que se vieron inmersas en concurso de acreedores entre abril y junio, fueron 108, un 31,7 por ciento menos que en el segundo trimestre de 2015.

En el conjunto del país se crearon 27.918 sociedades mercantiles, un 12,9 por ciento más que en el mismo trimestre de 2015, porcentaje superior al incremento que se produjo en el trimestre anterior, que alcanzó el 10,7 por ciento.
