Málaga 24h TV – España vetará cualquier propuesta de soberanía británica sobre Gibraltar

El ministro de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación, José Manuel García-Margallo, ha advertido al nuevo Gobierno de Reino Unido de que España puede vetar cualquier propuesta que presente Londres en el proceso de desconexión de la UE tras el Brexit que implique reconocer la soberanía británica sobre Gibraltar.

En rueda de prensa en la sede del ministerio, Margallo remarcó que el estatus del Peñón ahora que Londres va a empezar el proceso de salida de la comunidad europea es un tema «relativamente urgente», pero ha subrayado que la intención de España es «dejar claro que no pertenece a Reino Unido».
