Málaga 24h TV – PSOE exige la reapertura inmediata del retén de bomberos de Periana

El diputado provincial del PSOE, Cristóbal Fernández, ha exigido este jueves al equipo de gobierno del PP en la Diputación de Málaga la reapertura inmediata del retén de bomberos de Periana, cerrado desde hace una semana.

De esta manera, el representante socialista en el Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos ha mostrado su temor a que el equipo de gobierno del PP aproveche la excusa de un reciente accidente para su cierre definitivo.

Fernández ha explicado en este sentido que el pasado viernes 29 de julio un camión perteneciente al retén de bomberos de Nerja, con tres bomberos a bordo, sufrió un accidente sin daños personales pero sí materiales.

Según el diputado, “desde ese mismo día está cerrado el retén de bomberos de Periana, que venía prestando un servicio 24 horas a Periana y a su entorno”.
Fernández ha denunciado que la decisión del cierre, que ha esperado que sea temporal, del retén de bomberos de Periana, no ha sido notificada por ningún responsable del Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos a los profesionales que allí desempeñaban su labor.

Además, desde el PSOE han afirmado saber desde hace tiempo que los actuales dirigentes del Consorcio y del equipo de gobierno del PP en la Diputación “estaban barajando la posibilidad de cerrar definitivamente el retén de bomberos de Periana”, “algo que sería un error gravísimo ya que es un retén necesario máxime en unas fechas en las que el riesgo de incendio en la zona es potente, el número de visitantes se incrementa y los riesgos se multiplican”.
