Málaga 24h TV – Hacienda retiene los anticipos a 17 ayuntamientos andaluces

El Ministerio de Hacienda ha retenido los anticipos a un total de 139 municipios, de los que 17 son andaluces, por incumplir con la normativa que les obliga a informar al departamento que dirige Cristóbal Montoro sobre la liquidación de sus presupuestos.

La citada lista cerrada a 8 de agosto, refleja que la comunidad autónoma con mayor número de municipios que incumplen el artículo 36 de la Ley de Economía Sostenible es Castilla-La Mancha con un total de 44 ayuntamientos. Las CC.AA. que menos ayuntamientos incumplidores tienen son Galicia, Murcia y La Rioja, con uno cada una de ellas. En esta lista no aparece ningún ayuntamiento de Asturias, Baleares, Canarias, Navarra y País Vasco.

En el caso de Andalucía, Cádiz es la provincia con más pueblos afectados, de manera que de los siete municipios afectados, cuatro lo son por tener pendiente las comunicaciones de una o varias entidades o sociedades mercantiles que pertenecen íntegramente a esos ayuntamientos. Estos cuatro son Algar, Barbate, Tarifa y Villamartín.

Los otros tres municipios con anticipos retenidos son Benaocaz, Grazalema y Prado del Rey.
