Málaga 24h TV – Otegi liderará EH Bildu «hagan lo que hagan los tribunales españoles»

EH Bildu impugnará la decisión de la Junta Electoral Territorial de Gipuzkoa en la que ha considerado que Arnaldo Otegi es «inelegible» y, por lo tanto, no puede presentarse como aspirante a lehendakari a las próximas elecciones autonómicas, mientras que el PP, Ciudadanos y UPyD presentarán alegaciones para que el órgano electoral decida no proclamarle candidato el próximo 29 de agosto. La diferentes formaciones deberán plantear sus escritos en un plazo de dos días.

Por el momento, el nombre de Otegi aparece, de forma provisional, como candidato por EH Bildu en el Boletín Oficial del País Vasco (BOPV), a la espera de la resolución definitiva de la Junta.

Este miércoles se ha comunicado al representante legal de la coalición soberanista que, en la reunión que mantuvo este pasado martes, la Junta guipuzcoana acordó por unanimidad que su candidato era «inelegible» al existir sentencia firme de la Audiencia Nacional contra él que le inhabilita hasta 2021 para el ejercicio al sufragio pasivo (es decir, para ser elegido) por la condena del ‘caso Bateragune’.
