Málaga 24h TV – Rivera insta al TC a resolver ya si el Parlamento puede o no controlar al Gobierno

El presidente de Ciudadanos, Albert Rivera, ha exigido este martes al Tribunal Constitucional que resuelva ya si el Parlamento puede o no controlar al Gobierno cuando éste está en funciones, un recurso que se arrastra desde la legislatura pasada y que, a su juicio, debería estar solucionado «cuanto antes» para evitar «que algunos sigan haciendo política de cuarto de hora».

Durante su intervención en un desayuno informativo de Europa Press, Rivera se ha referido al enfrentamiento entre Congreso y Senado y el Ejecutivo surgido en la legislatura pasada y que terminó en el Alto Tribunal: las cámaras exigen poder controlar al presidente del Gobierno y los ministros, pero éstos entienden que no deben rendir cuentas ante un Parlamento que no los eligió.
