Málaga 24h TV – Autorizan a un padre a celebrar la comunión de su hija contra el criterio materno
La sección cuarta de la Audiencia Provincial de Palma ha autorizado a un padre a celebrar la primera comunión de su hija en contra de la opinión de la madre.
El auto revoca una sentencia dictada en primera instancia por un juzgado de familia que daba la razón a la madre y autoriza al progenitor a celebrar la primera comunión y elegir durante los dos próximos cursos escolares entre la asignatura de religión, ética o la alternativa que ofrezca el centro escolar.
El tribunal argumenta en un auto que la menor “es una hija bautizada, nacida de padres bautizados, casados por la Iglesia Católica y creyentes” y que la madre se oponía a que su hija estudiase religión o hiciese la comunión porque era la propia niña quien le había dicho que no quería hacerlo.
Los jueces dan importancia al testimonio de la psicóloga que trata a la menor, que apunta a un “conflicto de lealtades” por parte de la niña que dice a cada progenitor “lo que quiere oír”.
