English: Extremadura Juan Carlos Rodriguez Ibarra president does not believe that Senator
PP Rita Barberá «have to give» his seat only because being charged for money laundering, since the imputation only means that he is investigating and the presumption of innocence must be.

Rodriguez Ibarra has ruled this way in an interview on Onda Cero in which lamented that «we are becoming a vigilante people» when, in his opinion, «one is before the court when you sit on the bench» that is, when trial opened, and there before only «investigations».

The socialist benchmark has also warned that leave the party if Pedro Sanchez chooses to form a government with the separatists can and parties.
As stressed, «between ‘is not no’ and abstention for nothing, there is a space» that the PSOE should explore.

Asked about the case of ERE, it has noted that «every time there are elections opens legal proceedings against the PSOE of Andalusia».
