La portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María del Carmen Moreno, ha anunciado este martes que el PSOE preguntará a los arquitectos responsables en la próxima sesión de la comisión de investigación sobre Art Natura que se celebra este jueves sobre la vivienda construida en el edificio de Tabacalera para uso exclusivo de los promotores privados del fallido museo de las gemas.

De esta manera, el jefe de arquitectura de la Gerencia de Urbanismo del ayuntamiento y el arquitecto que siguió las obras de la Royal Collections en Tabacalera deberán contestar a esta cuestión ya que como ha señalado la portavoz, “esta vivienda nunca debió existir debido a que el uso residencial en el edificio no estaba permitido”, denunciando además que Urbanismo intentara ocultar en todo momento la existencia del inmueble a los partidos de la oposición durante años
