Málaga 24h TV – Abren causa a un diputado autonómico del PP valenciano

La sala de lo Civil y Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunitat Valenciana ha decidido abrir causa al diputado del PP en las Corts Valencianes Miguel Domínguez por un presunto de delito de blanqueo en el caso Imelsa.

Según ha informado el TSJCV en su cuenta de Twitter, la sala investigará al actual diputado, que fue concejal ‘popular’ en el Ayuntamiento de Valencia y teniente de alcalde cuando Rita Barberá era la primera edil, únicamente por la donación de 1.000 euros al grupo municipal del PP.

Sin embargo, el tribunal no se declara competente para investigar otros hechos no incluidos en la exposición razonada elevada por el juzgado de Instrucción 18, que instruye la pieza principal de Imelsa.

As reported by the TSJCV on his Twitter account, the Board will investigate the current deputy, who was ‘popular’ councilor in the city of Valencia and deputy mayor when Rita Barberá was the first mayor, only for the donation of 1,000 euros to the group Municipal PP.
