Málaga 24h TV – La Audiencia Nacional investigará la agresión de Alsasua por un delito de terrorismo

La titular del Juzgado Central de Instrucción 3 de la Audiencia Nacional, Carmen Lamela, se ha declarado competente para investigar, por un delito de terrorismo, la agresión a dos agentes de la Guardia Civil la noche del pasado 15 de octubre en Alsasua (Navarra), han informado fuentes del tribunal.

La juez actúa a raíz de la denuncia presentada por el colectivo de víctimas del terrorismo COVITE y tras el informe del Ministerio Fiscal, que consideró la agresión delito de terrorismo y se mostró favorable a la competencia de la Audiencia Nacional. La juez Lamela también entiende que los hechos podrían constituir un delito de terrorismo del artículo 573 del Código Penal, según la nueva redacción dada por la Ley 2/2015

En su auto, la juez acuerda practicar diligencias, entre ellas, requerir al juzgado de de instrucción de Pamplona que conoce de los hechos testimonio íntegro de las diligencias incoadas. También pide a la Guardia Civil que, con carácter urgente, emita informe sobre la campaña de acoso que sus agentes sufren en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra y, concretamente, en la localidad de Alsasua.
