Málaga 24h TV – El Congreso investigará a partir del 16 la actuación de Fernández Díaz

El Congreso de los Diputados tiene previsto constituir el próximo miércoles, día 16, la primera comisión de investigación de la XII Legislatura que tendrá como objetivo aclarar si el ya exministro del Interior Jorge Fernández Díaz hizo un uso partidista de su departamento poniendo en marcha una ‘policía política’ para perseguir a sus adversarios y si el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, estaba al tanto de sus maniobras.

Según han informado fuentes parlamentarias, la Mesa del Congreso ha dado de plazo a los grupos hasta el próximo lunes para registrar los nombres de las personas que van a adscribir a este órgano. Además, los partidos tendrán que buscar un acuerdo para elegir quién la preside, una tarea que tradicionalmente recae en algún representante de los partidos minoritarios.

El Pleno del Congreso acordó crear esta comisión de investigación el pasado 27 de septiembre a instancias del PSOE, aunque también se debatió una similar de Esquerra y la antigua Convergencia que finalmente fue retirada. La iniciativa contó con el apoyo de todos los partidos, salvo el PP y UPN que votaron en contra, y Coalición Canaria, que se abstuvo.
