Málaga 24h TV Desmantelada una organización especializada en el contrabando de tabaco

La Guardia Civil ha desmantelado una organización criminal perfectamente estructurada, dedicada al contrabando de picadura de tabaco que era distribuido mediante mensajería desde una nave en un polígono industrial de la localidad de Fuenlabrada, en Madrid, según ha informado la Comandancia de la Guardia Civil en un comunicado.

En el registro efectuado en dicha nave se han intervenido más de seis toneladas de picadura de tabaco preparada para su distribución, una máquina cribadora de tabaco, dos sierras eléctricas para el corte del producto, básculas para el pesaje, maquinaria industrial, así como otras dos toneladas ya listas para su distribución en la empresa de paquetería.

En la operación ha sido arrestada una persona de origen español, quién había sido detenido en 2015 por los mismos hechos que ahora y otros seis investigados, entre los que se encuentran la persona encargada de la contabilidad y los que picaban y embalaban el tabaco para su distribución, imputándoles delitos de contrabando y otro de pertenencia a organización criminal.
La investigación se inició el pasado mes de octubre, en los controles habituales que realizan los especialistas en el resguardo fiscal del Estado al detectarse un considerable incremento de la venta de picadura de tabaco utilizando diversos portales de Internet y que generaron sospechas de que pudiera estar realizándose sin ningún tipo de control sanitario.
