Málaga 24h TV – PSOE de Andalucía propone modernizar las diputaciones dentro de un nuevo pacto

El presidente y portavoz del grupo del PSOE en la Diputación, Francisco Conejo, ha anunciado junto a los portavoces socialistas de las diputaciones provinciales de Andalucía una moción que los socialistas llevarán a los ocho entes provinciales andaluces con la que proponen una modernización de las diputaciones dentro de un nuevo pacto local a nivel nacional.
Los ocho portavoces socialistas, que se reúnen periódicamente para coordinar políticas y que este lunes han mantenido un encuentro en Málaga, han coincidido en la necesidad de abordar esta reforma pendiente para atender las nuevas necesidades de las administraciones locales tras años de desarrollo social y normativo.
Conejo, que ha anunciado que los socialistas llevan la iniciativa al pleno de la Diputación de Málaga, ha planteado que las diputaciones andaluzas pidan al Gobierno central y al Congreso que inicien la reforma de la Ley de Bases del Régimen Local, y que sea un resultado de un gran acuerdo o pacto local consensuado con la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias, y así clarificar el ámbito de competencia de ayuntamientos y diputaciones y aumentar su financiación.
Además, desde las diputaciones andaluzas, el PSOE exige al Gobierno que no plantee ningún recorte de los servicios ni de la financiación a los ayuntamientos y diputaciones en el próximo proyecto de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2017 y pide al Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas que consensue con la FEMP una modificación legislativa que permita un uso del superávit más razonable y la flexibilización del techo de gasto para las corporaciones locales saneadas y que cumplan con la estabilidad presupuestaria.
