Málaga 24h TV – El registro canino por ADN podria comenzar en Marzo de 2017 en Málaga

El Ayuntamiento de Málaga sigue adelante con su idea de crear un registro de ADN de perros. Desde el área de Sostenibilidad MEdioambiental preven que la nueva ordenanza municipal, creada con objeto de perseguir mediante sanciones a los dueños que abandonen, maltraten o no recojan los excrementos de sus animales, podria entrar en vigor en el primer trimestre de 2017, y quienes tengan perros en la capital dispondrían de 6 meses desde su puesta en marcha para realizar el análisis de sangre que permita registrar a su animal en el banco genético que se creará.
