Málaga 24h TV – Reacciones ante la repentina muerte de Rita Barberá

El presidente del Gobierno y líder del PP, Mariano Rajoy, ha confesado este miércoles sentirse «enormemente apenado» por el fallecimiento de la exalcaldesa de Valencia y senadora Rita Barberá.

Así se ha pronunciado Rajoy en los pasillos del Congreso, tras participar en la sesión de control del Gobierno, poco después de conocer que la exregidora, investigada en un supuesto caso de blanqueo de capitales por parte del Grupo Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Valencia, ha sufrido un infarto en un hotel de Madrid.

Rajoy ha asegurado que, como presidente del Partido Popular, quería transmitir a su familia y a todos los miembros del PP su «sentimiento» y su «pesar», ya que, según ha confesado, estaban «enormemente afectados».

Por su parte, el ministro de Justicia, Rafael Catalá, ha lamentado profundamente la muerte de Rita Barberá, y ha querido subrayar que «cada uno tendrá sobre su conciencia lo que ha hecho y ha dicho» de ella, «las barbaridades que se le han atribuido sin ninguna prueba y justificación».
