Málaga 24h TV – Detenida por conducir ebria y sufrir un accidente en el que falleció su bebé

La Guardia Civil ha detenido en Castellón a una mujer acusada de circular con un vehículo sin permiso de conducir y bajos los efectos de bebidas alcohólicas tras sufrir un accidente en el que falleció su hijo de cuatro meses. Por este motivo, la madre del bebé también está acusada de otro delito de homicidio por imprudencia grave, según ha informado el instituto armado en un comunicado.
La actuación de la Guardia Civil se inició el pasado 30 de octubre a raíz de un accidente de tráfico ocurrido en la AP-7, en el kilómetro 350,100, en el que un vehículo se salió de vía y chocó con la bionda metálica. Como consecuencia del siniestro, falleció un niño de cuatro meses, hijo de la conductora, que resultó herida grave.
