Málaga 24h TV – La empresa de renovables de Raúl se declara en concurso de acreedores

La empresa de renovables Europa Scar Sport SL, propiedad del exfutbolista del Real Madrid Raúl González Blanco y administrada por su madre, María Luisa Blanco, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario de acreedores, según datos del Registro Mercantil.

En concreto, el juzgado número siete de lo mercantil de Madrid, del que es titular el juez Santiago Senent, emitió un auto a finales de noviembre en el que se reconoce en firme la situación concursal de esta empresa.

A finales de octubre, una juez ordenó el embargo por 9,3 millones de euros de Europa Scar Sport, importe que le reclama Aurantia 2003 SL por una inversión fallida en energías renovables y fotovoltaica en 2008.

‘El Mundo’, que adelanta este viernes la resolución judicial en la que se dictamina el concurso de acreedores de la empresa, explica que la sociedad, la primera que fundó el exfutbolista hace 20 años para gestionar sus derechos de imagen, se encuentra en una situación delicada por el fracaso de las inversiones en los sectores inmobiliario y fotovoltaico.
