Málaga 24h TV – Desconvocados los paros en Abeinsa EPC tras aplazarse el ERE y el ERTE

El expediente de regulación de empleo, tanto extintivo como temporal, de Abeinsa EPC (Abengoa) ha sido aplazado al elevar a la Delegación de Empleo una consulta sobre un defecto de forma que afectaría a los trabajadores de esta filial fuera de España, según han señalado fuentes sindicales.

Esto ha llevado a sus trabajadores a desconvocar los paros previstos para este jueves, aunque sí continúan convocados por parte de los empleados de Abeinsa Engineering, según han indicado las mismas fuentes.

Una vez la Delegación de Empleo ofrezca una respuesta, el expediente continuará su procedimiento desde el punto en que se ha quedado o se iniciará el proceso desde el principio.
