Málaga 24h TV – Abogacía del Estado pide inhabilitar a los miembros de JxSí y SíQueEsPot

El Tribunal Constitucional ha iniciado un incidente de ejecución contra todos los miembros de Junts pel Sí y SíQueEsPot en la Mesa del Parlament, a instancias de la Abogacía del Estado, por haber permitido el debate y votación de las conclusiones del proceso constituyente en el pleno y la votación de la resolución que insta al Govern a convocar un referéndum.

Fuentes parlamentarias consultadas por Europa Press han explicado que la medida se dirige tanto a la presidenta de la Cámara, Carme Forcadell, como al vicepresidente primero de la Mesa, Lluís Corominas, y a los secretarios primera, Anna Simó; tercero, Joan Josep Nuet, y cuarta, Ramona Barrufet.

Estos diputados podrían ser inhabilitados si el Constitucional ve infracción en su actuación, por la que a partir del martes, cuando recibirán la notificación, tendrán un plazo de 20 días para presentar alegaciones.

English: The Constitutional Court has initiated an enforcement incident against all the members of Junts Pel Sí and SíQueEsPot in the Parliament’s Bureau, at the request of the State Attorney, for allowing debate and voting on the conclusions of the constituent process in the plenary and The vote on the resolution urging the Government to convene a referendum.

Parliamentary sources consulted by Europa Press have explained that the measure addresses both House Speaker Carme Forcadell and First Deputy Chairman of the Bureau, Lluís Corominas, and the first secretaries, Anna Simó; Third, Joan Josep Nuet, and fourth, Ramona Barrufet.

These deputies could be disqualified if the Constitutional sees infringement in their action, by which, as of Tuesday, when they will receive the notification, they will have a deadline of 20 days to present allegations.
