Condenan a siete años a un taxista en Málaga por violar a una joven – Málaga 24h TV

La Audiencia de Málaga ha condenado a siete años de prisión a un taxista por violar a una joven que cogió el vehículo para volver a casa y que se encontraba bajo los efectos del alcohol. Además, se le impone la prohibición de acercarse a la víctima a menos de 500 metros o comunicarse con ella durante el mismo tiempo.

Los hechos sucedieron la madrugada del 1 de noviembre de 2011. La víctima y una amiga cogieron el taxi en Málaga capital tras pasar la noche de Halloween de fiesta. Una de ellas le especificó el destino y se bajó, continuando el trayecto el taxista con la otra chica, de 19 años, que estaba ebria. En base a la declaración de la chica, que se ha mantenido en el tiempo, y las pruebas forenses y psicológicas, se le condena por un delito de agresión sexual.

English: The Malaga Court has sentenced a taxi driver to seven years in prison for raping a young girl who took the vehicle home and was under the influence of alcohol. In addition, it is imposed the prohibition of approaching the victim to less than 500 meters or communicate with her during the same time.

The events happened the dawn of November 1, 2011. The victim and a friend took the taxi in Malaga capital after spending the night of Halloween party. One of them specified the destination and went down, continuing the ride the taxi driver with the other girl, 19, who was drunk. Based on the statement of the girl, who has been kept in time, and forensic and psychological tests, he is convicted of a crime of sexual assault.
