Prisión para los dos yihadistas de Madrid que tenían un Kalashnikov – Málaga 24h TV

El juez de la Audiencia Nacional, Santiago Pedraz, ha decretado este viernes el ingreso en prisión incondicional para los dos presuntos yihadistas de nacionalidad española detenidos este miércoles en Madrid y asegura en un auto que habían conseguido una fusil AK-47 (Kalashnikov) e intentaban adquirir más armas de este tipo, granadas y pistolas en el mercado negro.

El magistrado, que atribuye a Edrissa Ceesa Sanuwo y Samir Sennouni Mouh un delito de enaltecimiento y otro de depósito de armas de guerra, agrega que habían realizado varios vídeos en los que aparecían con este fusil de asalto y machetes que habían publicado en Instagram.

Entre esas grabaciones, incautadas en el domicilio de uno de ellos en una tarjeta SD, figuraba una en la que dos individuos con el rostro tapado aparecen en un local con una imagen de la Puerta del Sol de fondo, han informado a Europa Press fuentes policiales.
