Condenan a un hombre por robar la cartera a otro con 1.300 euros tras un torneo de póquer-Málaga24h

La Audiencia de Málaga ha confirmado la condena de seis meses de prisión impuesta a un hombre por robarle a otro la cartera en la que llevaba la cantidad de 1.300 euros, tras haber estado juntos en un torneo de póquer. Así, se desestima el recurso presentado por la defensa del acusado.
Los hechos sucedieron el 28 de diciembre de 2009. Según se declaró probado por el juzgado, y consta en la sentencia dictada ahora por la Audiencia, a la que ha tenido acceso Europa Press, ese día se celebró un torneo en un club de póquer de la localidad malagueña de Sierra de Yeguas, en el que coincidieron la víctima y el denunciado.
Tras finalizar, se quedaron ambos, junto con el responsable del club, y en un momento dado, dice la resolución, el perjudicado sacó la cartera para abonar las consumiciones que habían tomado, tras lo que se la volvió a guardar, saliendo, posteriormente, los tres hombres del establecimiento.
La víctima y el acusado se iban juntos en el coche de este último, porque los dos vivían en la localidad malagueña de Alameda y el procesado, según se consideró probado, «aprovechando un descuido del otro, le sustrajo la cartera que contenía 1.300 euros y diversa documentación».
