La Gestora emprende acciones contra la plataforma ‘Recupera PSOE’ -Málaga24h

La Gestora que dirige el PSOE ha emprendido acciones «administrativas y judiciales» contra la plataforma ‘Recupera PSOE’ por «usurpación de la imagen» del partido, de «sus siglas y sus símbolos» en la sede que han abierto en la calle Ferraz de Madrid.

Según han informado fuentes socialistas a Europa Press, los servicios jurídicos del PSOE ya están trabajando para «tomar medidas con el fin de velar por los derechos de la militancia y del PSOE».
Además, ya han iniciado las «acciones estatutarias, administrativas y judiciales oportunas» en respuesta a la apertura de ese local, en cuyo escaparate se anima a la afiliación bajo el nombre de la plataforma ‘recupera PSOE’.
Este local, que se encuentra a 50 números de la sede del PSOE, ha sido alquilado por el grupo de militantes que están detrás de una plataforma surgida a mediados de diciembre para animar a los simpatizantes a militar en el partido.
