Los suministros de luz, gas y agua registran el mayor incremento de reclamaciones – Málaga 24h TV

Los suministros esenciales, es decir, luz, gas y agua, son los servicios que mayor incremento de reclamaciones han registrado por el Servicio de Consumo de la Junta en Málaga, junto al sector de transportes, destacando en éste último el aéreo.

Así lo ha explicado el delegado de Gobierno, José Luis Ruiz Espejo, que junto a la delegada de Igualdad, Salud y Políticas Sociales, Ana Isabel González, y la responsable del Servicio de Consumo, Raquel Cantero, ha presentado el balance y la actividad desarrollada durante 2016 por el Servicio de Consumo en Málaga.
De dicho balance se desprende que el sector más reclamado es el de Servicios, con 3.681 quejas, más de un 97% del total, seguido del de productos industriales, con 88, el 2,3% y los de alimenticios, con 2, un 0,05%.

Por otro lado, el Servicio de Consumo de la delegación Territorial de Igualdad, Salud y Políticas Sociales ha tramitado en 2016, un total de 3.771 reclamaciones, sólo un 1,3% menos con respecto a las presentadas en el año 2015.

El subsector de las Telecomunicaciones sigue siendo el que acapara el mayor número de reclamaciones, con un total de 641, el 17,4% del total, aunque ha descendido respecto al año anterior.

Además de las reclamaciones, el servicio de Consumo ha incoado 594 expedientes sancionadores de los que la mayoría, 499 corresponden al sector Servicios; 69, a Productos Industriales; y 26, a Alimenticios.
