Admitida la querella contra una mujer acusada de desear la muerte de Adrián – Málaga 24h TV

El Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción número 1 de Alzira (Valencia) ha admitido a trámite la querella interpuesta contra una mujer acusada de desear la muerte de Adrián, el niño valenciano enfermo de cáncer que desea ser torero, según ha informado la Fundación del Toro de Lidia, entidad que representa a la familia del pequeño.

La querellada supuestamente deseó por las redes sociales la muerte de Adrián, enfermo de cáncer, a raíz del festival taurino que, bajo su nombre, se celebró en Valencia a beneficio de la Fundación de Oncohematología Infantil.

Tras estas manifestaciones, el 12 de diciembre se celebró un acto de conciliación previo a querella, y en el mismo la mujer no admitió los hechos y no se arrepintió. Mostró una actitud «poco colaborativa y esquiva», han apuntado desde la fundación.

The defendant allegedly wanted social networks to kill Adrian, a cancer patient, following the bullfighting festival that, under his name, was held in Valencia for the benefit of the Child Oncology Foundation.

Following these demonstrations, a conciliation act was held prior to a complaint on 12 December, and the woman did not admit the facts and did not regret it. He showed a «little collaborative and elusive» attitude, have pointed out since the foundation.
