Pedraz deja en libertad a los detenidos a los que se atribuyó un Kalasnikov – Málaga 24h TV

El juez de la Audiencia Nacional Santiago Pedraz ha acordado la puesta libertad de los dos detenidos como presuntos terroristas el pasado 29 de diciembre, a los que se atribuyó haber tenido acceso a un Kalasnikov. El juez asegura que los indicios que apuntaban a que los investigados eran yihadista «se han desvanecido».

El magistrado modifica la situación de prisión y decreta la libertad fijándoles la obligación de comunicar cualquier cambio de domicilio y que faciliten el teléfono móvil a fin de estar localizados, han señalado fuentes jurídicas.

Según el auto dado a conocer este miércoles por el titular del Juzgado Central de Instrucción número 1 no hay datos que avalen que los dos detenidos profesaran la ideología radical yihadista.

The magistrate modifies the situation of prison and decrees the freedom fixing them the obligation to communicate any change of address and that facilitate the mobile phone in order to be located, have indicated legal sources.

According to the report released Wednesday by the head of the Central Court of Instruction number 1, there are no data to guarantee that the two detainees professed radical jihadist ideology.
