PP y PSOE llegan a un acuerdo para renovar 4 puestos del TC – Málaga 24h TV

El PP y el PSOE han llegado a un acuerdo para renovar los cuatro puestos de magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional que corresponden al Senado y cuyo mandato acaba de vencer. Según publica El MUndo, fuentes próximas a la negociación han confirmado que las formaciones han acordado que el PP proponga a dos magistrados, el PSOE a uno y que un cuarto se acabe designando por consenso. Ese esquema mantiene, como estaba previsto, la mayoría conservadora que hoy existe en el tribunal.

Además de los nombramientos, en las negociaciones también se incluye quién será el próximo presidente, puesto que el actual, Francisco Pérez de los Cobos, es uno de los que acaba de cumplir su mandato. En esta parte de la negociación, el PP ha aceptado que no sea el magistrado Andrés Ollero, por su extrema afinidad con el PP, partido del que fue diputado durante 17 años.

El acuerdo en entre ambos partidos supone que la renovación se hará en breve, si bien aún hay que esperar a que todos los parlamentos autonómicos envíen al Senado los nombres de sus candidatos. El enfrentamiento político supuso que la última renovación del senado se bloqueara durante tres años.

In addition to the appointments, the negotiations also include who will be the next president, since the current one, Francisco Perez de los Cobos, is one of those who has just fulfilled his mandate. The agreement in both parties supposes that the renewal will be made soon, although it is still necessary to wait until all the autonomic parliaments send to the Senate the names of its candidates. The political confrontation supposed that the last renovation of the senate was blocked during three years.
