El profesor de un colegio de Torre del Mar detenido en relación con presuntos abusos sexuales a alumnas pasó en la tarde de este martes a disposición judicial y la jueza del Juzgado de Instrucción número 12 de la capital ordenó su ingreso en prisión, provisional y sin fianza, después de reconocer haber cometido este tipo de hechos. El docente está siendo investigado por un supuesto delito continuado de abusos sexuales a menores de 16 años, centrándose las pesquisas en esclarecer cinco casos, según informaron fuentes judiciales.

El profesor fue detenido la pasada semana en relación con presuntos abusos sexuales a alumnas y dejado en libertad. Fue arrestado de nuevo tras presentarse voluntariamente este pasado domingo en dependencias policiales. Allí supuestamente relató a los investigadores que había abusado de más niñas en otros colegios en los que había trabajado.

Ante la jueza, el maestro ratificó lo que había confesado a los agentes solo unas horas antes, mostrándose colaborador y arrepentido, llegando incluso a pedir ayuda para no volver a cometer este tipo de actos. Asimismo, solicitó a la jueza que ordenase su ingreso en la cárcel.
